Here at our Dunstable Store, Visitors are welcomed to enjoy our complimentary bar service, serving a vast range of soft drinks, beers, spirits, champagne and genuine Italian coffee - all day every day. Just one way of letting our Customers know, we appreciate them.
Quite simply, our facilities change regularly, keeping our shop fresh and new as much as possible. Our Clients can make use of our Wifi, full size Pool Table, full size Football Table, PlayStation, Live Sports and movies being screened across the Shop floor. You won't be in need of anything here, we have it all. Our regular Customers can even specify their favourite beverage and we'll ensure we hold stock of it, just for you. Our Bar of course is complimentary to all visitors and we have accessible Customer W/C’s. The shop is now fully air conditioned and we use the latest in automated sanitisation technology to uphold our strict hygiene standards.
Our boys specialise in all hair types and provide many other services such as Beard dying, nose and ear waxing, eyebrow shaping and the list goes on. Attention to detail is our forte.
Parking is available for free in the car park directly outside of our shop for all customers

Gordon, co-founder and business owner, created Emperor in 2018. He wanted to create a unique space in which his customers could enjoy a service unavailable anywhere else. His brand brings back good, old fashioned customer service and his meticulous attention to detail and scrutiny shines through in both the hair cuts and the barbers he selects. Gordon insists on standards, composing new ideas every day.
One of the Emperor original 6, Tom has been with us since the beginning. Tom's career has spanned years and he specialises in Afro and Asian hair as well as all other hair types. Tom is a highly sought after barber in and around the local area with a vast and demanding clientele. He is also known to welcome some of his Celebrity Clientele to the shop, there's nothing Tom can't do.
Matty Gibson is notorious for his talent with scissors, not only is he overly qualified in barbering but he is also a fully qualified and experienced hair dresser. Elegant long lengths and creativity is his speciality, amazing his colleagues and customers time after time. Matty's passion for his work and diamond personality makes for a busy schedule, with customers rushing to book his services. A highly valued ambassador to the Emperor Barbers family.
One of our very creative senior stylists and yet another outstanding, highly skilled addition to the team. Sean embraces his own influence and artistic form when creating new and different works, everyday. With years of barbering under his belt and experience with one of the biggest names in the business, Sean brings more diversity to the shop and adds a different cutting style to our arsenal. Quality over quantity and attention to detail is procedure for Sean - no compromises.
Dan, yet another one of our skilled barbers and original 6, has come on leaps and bounds since joining Emperor Barbers in 2018. Dan has gone from Gordon Grant's apprentice to one of Emperor's top stylists with a vast and growing clientele. Dan has learned to handle everything that is thrown at him from every hair type and every age. Dan Kingsley is one to watch proving his worth as a barber through the quality of his services and now one of the busiest Barbers in the shop.
Ross brings with him a huge portfolio of clients from our local area and fits into Emperor Barbers like a dream. Ross is charismatic, chatty and funny and never fails to keep his customers feeling looked after. Yet another example of great versatility, Ross is skilled in multiple aspects of barbering and is consistent with the standards at which he performs. One of the best, a friendly face and always makes polite time to chat, a valued member of the team!
Through two years of solid training Lewis, the newest full time addition to the team, is now one of the up and coming stylists among the guys at Emperor Barbers. Since completing his training, he has gained huge momentum in the local area as his Clientele continues to climb. Lewis is capable and confident, bringing his own character and style into his hair cuts.
